Applied Liquid Wrench the Night Before
Remove Drive Shaft from the Dana 35
Remove Drum Brake Hub
Remove Drum Brake Components
Next Remove Dana 35 Axle Shafts
Remove Cover and 1/4" Screw in Carrier
Remove Carrier Pinion Shaft
With Pinion Shaft Removed, Axles Will Move
Right Shaft Pushed In with C-Clip Exposed
Remove C-Clip
C-Clip Removed So Axle Can Be Removed
Removing 2 C-Clips and Pinion Shaft Allows
for Axles to Be Removed
Dana 35 Axle Shafts Removed
Remove Brake Backing Plate and Tie Off
to Be Used on the Dana 44
Dana 35 Lowered and Removed
